Enjoy long waits in lineups? Constant mistakes made to your requests? Incredibly feeble excuses to explain things that take 2 days in most banks/CUs but 2 weeks in this one. I have been banking for almost 50 years and this is the worst institution I have ever dealt with.Obviously we are changing banks, if they are this bad after 2 months it's hard to imagine how awful it would be in a year.
I've gone to this place a lot and the service is wonderful, no questioning that. But my problem is servus credit union in general, and their hours. To close at 5 is so stupid since most people get off work around 4-5. So really plan your day out when you gotta come here because they can't open their closing screen after 5 on the mark, no exceptions.
