Good selection but the service is normally not great. Especially the skate sharpening people. Two different occasions 30 min before close I have been told there's not enough time!!! Total B.S.
Absolutely splendid service! The store itself held everything I needed, but i was especially impressed by a particular associate. Kennedy - the associate - provided stunning service! She helped me find what I was looking for within minutes! In that brief window of time she managed to provide exceptional knowledge of the products while managing to retain a friendly attitude! Need shoes? Ask for Kennedy.
Product is good, cashier was really good. Service is shoe department was off. One woman asked me what I needed and got it then proceeds to leave never to be seen again. A fellow came over to help for a moment thankfully about 10 min after I got the shoes to try on. While I was waiting I saw a few people looking for assistance and it was dead air in there. Shoe department staff really need to step up their game.
A Manager (Lino) at this store is best manager Ive ever seen at a sportchek. Great guy and actually understands the importance of customer service. If youre making any big purchases, or any small purchases for that matter - I would definitely recommend heading out to spruce grove as the customer service here makes it well worth it. Will be making all future sportchek purchases from this store!
Poor customer service. Been waiting for about 30 minutes to get some service in the shoe department. Been overlooked multiple times by staff and still no support. On the other hand, there are two small groups of good looking women also in the shoe department with on demand service. I was willing to buy a $150 pair of runners but now Im frustrated and am leaving. Great job
