It's Canadian Tire! Always consistant and have anything that go there for. Great selection and clean facility. The lighting could be better as it seems dim in many areas.

Snippy, rude, disrespectful woman at the return desk today. I'm sorry, I didn't grab her name. Girl with the long hair was fine, other people were fine. I don't know if the rude woman was having a bad day or what, but she needs to be reminded how to treat people. I'm incredibly unhappy and surprised. She was the one helping the long haired girl. This was around 5pm.

This is a large Canadian Tire store. It is also a busy store. There is a large selection of items for you home needs, your auto needs, camping needs and sports oriented needs. The staff are busy but have never had difficulty finding one. They also have "Do you need help" buttons down certain aisles to assist with this.

Went into Canadian Tire Auto Repair wearing a dress. I asked the man who served me if I could get a wheel alignment done on my car. He said it would take about an hour, that was fine. He came back in about 10 minutes and said they couldn't give me an alignment on my car because I needed new tie rods first. I asked him to call the manager over and for him to stay there too. Which he did. Then I asked the manager to explain to me why I needed new tie rods, and he confirmed everything the employee said to me. I replied with, now I would like the alignment done now, and done well, and I would also like it done free of charge. You see I had only finished installing new tie rods about 2 hours before that, and I had done them in another mechanics garage, but as he was short on time, I said I would get the alignment elsewhere. I also showed the Canadian Tire Manager my receipt for them at this time. Needless to say, not a bad job on the alignment for free but, won't take my vehicle there again.

This Canadian tire needs to be closed and a new bldg made theres not enough space and has the least helpful unfriendly service staff around. I literally went on three separate occasions to try and buy shocks for my truck and they couldnt do it. More inexperienced young people running the show and the old folks have way too much on their plate. Good example of how the infrastructure in that town cannot support the amount of people because try going there on Saturday as its a complete Zoo because theres nothing else around. Sorry not sorry.
