What can I say about Ray and his team. Always there when I need them? Always courteous and knowledgeable? Always fix my issues with the TVs and stereos? You can put money in the bank on all the above. This Company knows what they are doing and do it well. We have been using FX the Edmonton division for the last 10 years and they never disappoint us.I'd give them 10 stars out of five!
After purshasing a new set of headlights last year, one of the bulbs burnt out, however due to some distributor back orders and other issues outside of FX Audios control I ended up waiting a month for these to come in with still no sign of them. The staff took it upon themselves to find a different headlight that was in stock and replaced it complimentary. Although it was a long wait, I am so happy that they were able to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction! Thank you guys!
