I used to order from here all the time. Today there was a large hair baked into my pizza and they delivered a vegetarian with meat on it. When I called they refused to answer the customer service line they kept transfering me to bring Iwill never order from here again and suggest you don't either.

Every time i go in and order my pizza for pick up... it's always made to perfection... not sure the young guys name.. but there is 2 bigger guys that work at nights on Fri nights and they always make the best pizza.. i usually make special pizzas and its always prefect.. way better than any other panago in canada ive been to..

It's sad, but I unfortunately I do not believe I will ever return to this location, or any Panago for that fact.I received a call that I had been credited $5 to my account because of being a returning customer. I thought that was a really great move, so a few days later I ordered from them. I arrived, waited up front for a while until the chef(?) showed up, then gave me the total. It had not included the $5 discount, despite when ordering through the call center they said they applied it. Not the biggest deal though, but I was told to call them back. I feel like that shouldn't be on the customer, but again, whatever, so I called them, they sent through a new receipt with adjusted pricing. During this time, the chef had disappeared and did not return for a solid 5 minutes. When he returned he continued mumbling, looked at the receipt, the computer, and disappeared again. Returning a few minutes later, I'm still just waiting.A new bill comes through, he takes it and begins to start on that, as I'm still waiting! So I ask him, "Is my food ready?" to which he replies yes. So I ask him "What am I waiting for then?", and through the mumbling he says something along the lines of I have to call again because it's not showing in the computer. I say to him "How is that my problem exactly?". He mumbles again, checks the computer and remarkably it is there. I pay for the food and we eat it that night. Both my girlfriend and I got ill later on immediately after eating the food.So, I sent this story to Panago, letting them know about how disappointing the customer service was. I receive a call later, and all the man from the call center wants to talk about is that we got sick from the food. Yes, that was a problem, but it was literally one line of my complaint, and everything else was ignored. I gave him all the info possible and he said the store manager would contact me soon. The next day I receive a call and it's a woman from the call center. Again, same thing, asking the same questions. Part-way through, I say that I think I've already answered this, she disputes it twice until she actually finds that I have and she didn't see it in their communications of some sort. Very poor communication throughout the company clearly.Then the next day I get a voicemail from the store, calling me by completely the wrong name, and once again, only discussing the illness.I have since not been answering their calls because they don't seem to really care about what their customers think. There have been 4 calls since then, and only on the last one did they finally mention in the voicemail the service and that they're training him, but it was all really just insincere sounding and a very broken up message.I'm very upset about this, over what could have been a simple "let me call the call center" or rather not just ignoring me and starting on a new order. I wonder how long I would have stood there before he said anything to me.I will not be returning to Panago again.

In December 2015, I ordered a delivery. I asked the driver to call us because we live in the basement suite and cannot hear the doorbell. He did call when he arrived. I said hello to the driver as he approached the door and received no reply. I invited him in and also no response. I gave him an $8 tip and not even a thank you. After we realized that he forgot a salad I called customer service and they said they will deliver it. He did deliver it by dropping it on the doorstep in the freezing weather and then called me to tell me where he left it. I called customer service and they told me they would give me a follow up on my complaint. I never received one and have never ordered from this location again. I love Panago Pizza and used to be a driver for this same location and would never treat a customer especially after such a gracious tip.

Ordered a pizza at 11, they close at 12 it had not been delivered and they ignored my call when I tried to see where my food was at. It was very unprofessional to say the least.
