So disappointed with the Manager of the Royal Pizza in Spruce Grove. My family and I have ordered from here a few times, the food was good, service was good! My daughter had an interview scheduled with the Manger of Royal Pizza Spruce Grove. The Manager texted her on Thursday and invited her in for an interview on Saturday at 9:00pm! Arriving at 8:45, she goes into the restaurant for her interview. She comes back out at 8:50. What happened, we ask? The manager already filled the position! REALLY... this isn't fair! If you schedule a time to meet someone for an "interview" wouldn't the right thing to do be: 1. Wait until you interview all your scheduled interviews, prior to making a decision. or 2. Call the candidate and advise them you have already filled this position. I found this situation mean on behalf of the Manager, and my family and I will do everything to avoid this location, just like he avoided my daughter.
Would be nice if the website tells you there is no eat in facilities.
Great first experience. Very helpful and accommodating when we called with food allergy questions. And it was delish! We will definitely order from here again :)
We ordered Royal Pizza for dinner tonight, and we must say we are extremely disappointed and will not return. We ordered 2 Large pizzas 1 Pepperoni and Mushroom, 1 Royal, and also a Gluten Free Cheese Pizza which only comes in a Medium size, and that costed us $75!! We get the pizza home and the medium gluten free is the same size as the larges, and the Royal is burnt on the bottom.... I would not have minded so much if the quality of the pizza reflected the price, which it absolutely did not. We called to speak to the manager and were also very unsatisfied at his customer service and customer retention as well....
The donair pizza has pizza sauce, not donair sauce. So what's the point. Also price is too high for this quality. You get better pizza at the 2 for 1 places.
