The woman at the front desk was super friendly. She seemed to know her job very well, she asked me if I would like coffee while she booked my service call. Great personality, and very helpful. Awsome customer service!!!
Not a company that is very good at communicating information at all really. Stuck without hot water and told that they would call around for a part last night but that was the last I heard from them. I called this morning and they have no more information than that they hope the part comes in today. Can't tell me the price either. First impression is not very good. If I were you I'd try another company first.
