Every Dr. Has their pros & cons but as a patient, being heard & not feeling brushed off is really important to me. Our Dr. is friendly, helpful and doesn't beat around the bush. We can also usually get in on very short notice to see an RN when the Dr. Isn't in or booked up. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant.
I have to lol as the girls at the front desk are nothing short of the best in the world to bad some have no idea on how to treat them. Staff amazing and thanks for all you have done for us . The Majors
Great staff on the rant desk. Always a friendly and helpful.They don't over book so there is little wait time. Best medical office i go to.
My wife and Toddler ( not even 2 yet ) are shopping beside your clinic, when my son decides it would be fun to stick a tic tac up his nose. The one side of his face and eye starts to turn red and he's freaking out. Luckily my wife is right in your parking lot...... Well I guess she wasn't lucky at all. She was turned away because your not accepting new patients....... A child is in pain and your not going to help him cause your not taking new patients.... That has to be a joke. Well I am not laughing. That's the stupidest thing I have ever heard. You don't want to accept new patients, that's your business, but to turn away a child in pain that's unconscionable. My wife wasn't looking for front of the line service, she was looking to get help for our son and you say "no go somewhere else". Well its not stopping here for me, I am going to go out of my way to make sure people see how you treat others when they are in need of medical services. I can only be thankful that this wasn't a medical emergency. I sure hope this is just a problem with your reception staff and doesn't reflect your morals/ethics as a medical care facility as a whole.
Dr Chris Gordilio is always so professional and takes time to listen to you no matter how busy he is. The receptionist are always friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for making me feel better when Im feeling my worst.
