I have gone to see Dr. Dunbar since the age of 5. He is a brilliant, lovely, and kind man. He has worked with me through several diagnosis of severe conditions, been there for easy referrals, prescription fills, phone calls, etc. He also was the doctor for my aging grandparents and throughout their transition into immobility, and nursing home care, illnesses and eventual deaths he was kind, patient, understanding, and steadfast in his care and attention. I will always be grateful for that. HOWEVER, his front office staff members are abhorrent. They are unfriendly on the phone, always answer without greeting, and with a coldness that makes you feel as though you're actually hated. I've been hung up on after being on hold more times than I can count, have been waiting in the office while watching how phone calls are handled and the negligence is disgusting. The way they make you feel, as though you don't have a right to see the doctor, or the ability to spell your name, state your needs, or call with questions, is saddening and constant.There are always the exceptions, I'll admit. But if you're judging a clinic overall, you'l be glad to wait inside of the doctors room, and leave behind the heavy false pre-tense of "customer care." This sounds harsh, but I'm truly looking at this critically, and with 15 years of experience.
I have Dr. Reich - Second best Family doctor I have ever had. The first was a very tough act to beat, But she is a very close second. I never had any problems with office staff. I sit in the waiting room, and the phones ring constantly. Everyone cant have the single most important emergency of the day.
I love my dr I hate the phone system. Been calling for 15 minuets and phone rings busy. Please get a phone system that would accommodates your clients. Im too busy to spend so much time trying to make appointment to see my dr.
I will first off say that the Doctors at this clinic are fabulous! However, the front staff receptionists are ignorant, condescending and treat you like you're completely incompetent. Its a shame that they have never hired new staff, I imagine they lose a lot of patients. Sadly, I am now a patient who will no longer attend this clinic. I saw Dr. Janschitz for 10 years but I am no longer willing to be treated poorly by the clinics front staff.
Firstly I want to say I adore my doctor, I have been with her for 9 years and followed her from other clinics. However the reception staff are very rude, they are short, direct and blunt with their communication, and seem unwilling to help. They often do not answer the phone with a greeting instead they demand you hold. They are not considerate of patients and act like clients are in inconvenience to them. They expect patients to know how to make their jobs easier for them, but it is never communicated to us. People are coming their for help, they are doing the best they can with the tools they have, they do not want to be treated with a lack of understanding and respect. If I didn't like my doctor I would've left years ago. She is incredible and so good to me.
