This business cost me a $600.00 sleeping bag. Check out the Better Business Bureau and youll find several similar complaints. My incident makes at least one that has yet to be uploaded. Grove Fashion Cleaner's management is not above posting reviews to their own benefit on review sites.
First and last time using them. They could not get a stain out and my quote was three times what they said it would be. They do not call to let you know it is ready nor did they call or apologize that they could not get the stain out. They didnt tell me this until I had paid and I was leaving. They simply stick a tag on it, saying they cannot remove it. Also women at till were unprofessional. Will not be returning.
Prices= ExcellentCustomer Service= ExcellentKnowledge= ExcellentFriendly staff and fair prices. I drive from Edmonton just to take my clothing into this location.
