Very nice staff with knowledge. The 5 stars is for the fact that they are not in business to make money, they are very focused on the pet and it shows. We have taken our dogs there a couple times now since moving to spruce and each time it's very clear they are not trying to make as much money off of us as they can.
The reason for one star missing is the railway on the north side of the clinic. I waited at least 10 minutes for train crawling by. If you plan to stop by the clinic, just try to avoid 9:30-ish in the morning and 5:30 in the evening, of course, if you entry from north side.Other than that, everything is just fine. The staff are nice, the price is reasonable. I can't say they are the cheapest, but at least they aren't the most expensive one. It's worth to try. My two neighbor always go there for their 6 four-leg friends annual check, vaccines and teeth cleaning.
Friendly staff, great Doctors and very reasonable pricing. Large selection of veterinarian grade food. Give yourself extra time to get there because of the train tracks.
After being overcharged and mauled by several vets, we brought in my puggle and they did everything to work us in and help her. After being told over $500 at other vets to put in a catheter and relieve the pressure from her bladder stones, that was the first thing they did without charge because she was suffering and now my girl is doing so much better. This is my permanent vet from now on.
We have been taking our pets here for years and always feel pleased with the service. We have used a bunch of the different vets here for everything from vaccinations to end of life and surgeries and they are always caring and compassionate. We drive from Edmonton because of that care and to get better pricing than most city clinics offer.
