We brought in our puppy who had dislocated her elbow and was in need of emergency care. They helped us as soon as they could and Dr Kyle was very honest with us about the potential outcomes being $3-5000 surgery to fix if the elbow did not stay in place. A vet tech was able to pop her elbow back in and she had a splint for two weeks. She beat the odds and won't need surgery! Expensive bill but worth the extra care, and he even did a few extra x-rays free of charge to double check. Every visit has been great. I would very highly recommend, but they are a little pricier here than other vets in town.

The staff have always been helpful and provide good information. Our latest visit was difficult as our old dog was leaving this world. They went above and beyond to help us through the difficult moment and made the experience as peaceful for everyone. I highly recommend them.
We are so very grateful to all the staff at this clinic. We have been going here for about a year and have always had great service. This past week we had an emergency situation with our dog. We rushed him in and they saw him right away, got him diagnosed quickly and presented the options costs and risks. The situation required emergency surgery, they found us a place to go in Edmonton as we had limited time and once they found out what they were going to charge me they called me back and called in another vet to help and did it here. The are very caring towards families and their pets and took great care of our dog. They literally saved his life and we will always be so grateful!!!! Thank you to all staff for your help and kindness and especially Dr. Vanessa Kyle and Dr. Katrina Ponich for saving Bandit! :)
