We had a great experience buying an RV here. Marty our sales rep was awesome and everything was ready as planned. All positives buying an RV at Grove.
Purchased an electric tongue jack from them. I was told that everything we needed to install was in the kit. It wasn't which was no big deal. I went back to see if they had the part we still needed. They were too lazy to look for the part and told me to go to Canadian Tire. Customer service was seriously lacking. After spending $415, I quickly put down my order of $160 and left the store. I'll bring my money elsewhere. Very unfortunate.
My friend bought an rv an got totally ripped off, all the things they said would be fixed weren't and she got totally screwed over, don't buy from here!In response to that response, everything that she was promised to be fixed wasn't, she was told that a set of summer wheels came with it and she got a pair, they didn't fix anything and had it for 2 weeks after she put a 10000$ down payment on it, I was there for all of it. She just ended up having to go somewhere else and pay thousands to have everything fixed!
Service Dept. said our solar panels were shot: $1800. They are fine, the problem (which we ended up finding ourselves) was a fuse. Overcharged plus a wrong diagnosis. Several phone calls later, they grudgingly refunded our $150 (they tried to charge for 2.8 hours initially to "test" the panels). We travelled 2 hours each way to bring it to Grove, the original installer of the system. Felt like it was a fight not to get ripped off and it still cost us 2 days' work and 8 hours' driving.
Visited Service on Saturday for help with attaching pigtail propane hoses to our regulator. Service staff was friendly, informative and even helped make sure it was on tight for us as to not have it leak. Thanks sooo much for bringing heat back to our trailer !
