Doug was one of if not the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. As a customer coming from Calgary Doug was excellent to deal with over the phone, kept me posted constantly over the course of the week via-text. Additionally, Doug was very transparent with all the details on the car and ensured the used vehicle I purchased still had warranty from its original factory. On top of all these things, Doug had a vehicle brought over from a sister dealership for my brother to purchase as well so we could do everything in the same place. Overall Doug made car shopping an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend my friends and family to take the drive up to spruce grove in order to purchase a vehicle!
I had a great experience. Casey was very professional and knowledgeable and helped me from the get go. I have recently immigrated from Ireland and thought it was going to be a long and difficult process to get a car and finance. Casey made it extremely easy and straight forward. He helped me pick out a vehicle that best suits me and we went from there. When I was test driving the vehicle I had a lot of questions and they where answered for me in detail, with confidence. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to head to the Hyundai store in Spruce Grove as it was quick and easy. Our sales person Brad was very helpful & professional. He made it quick & easy to view the car that I wanted and was very knowledgeable. The purchasing process was almost hassle free. Every dealership seems to have so many extra packages with big fees that are presented with some pressure to buy. This dealership was no different but was not relentless so I would recommend them.
Made the drive out from Edmonton to purchase my brand new Tucson! Well worth the drive. Everyone from sales, to management to finance took such amazing care of me! I never felt pressured, I felt I received a totally fair deal, and the girls in finance helped me tailor some items that totally fit my lifestyle & gave me way more peace of mind about my first car purchase. Everyone worked to fit my budget and Im so happy I found them. I wouldnt recommend anyone but them!
Wife and I had a great experience buying a used vehicle from Grove Hyundai. We were pretty picky and demanding on what we were looking for and what we expected but the gang at Grove Hyundai was very accommodating on all accounts.
