They did a very challenging wheel alignment on a car we had repaired that had crashed into a curb and broken numerous front end parts. It took several tries but they were very helpful and reasonable.

We were leaving Spruce Grove at 3 pm on Friday on a long weekend, when all my lights started flashing and I lost my power steering. After pulling into a parking lot and looking under the hood my serpentine belt was shredded. I started calling around to auto shops. No one would help me because they were shutting down for the weekend, until I reached Ken at first stop auto. He gave me step by step instructions on how to get my car to his shop without having to call a tow truck. After I got there he stayed late calling every where he could to try to find parts for my car. I had 3 pulleys that were vibrating on top of the belt being torn to shreds. We couldnt get the parts till Tuesday but he sure tried hard to get them there for me before the weekend. On Tuesday Ken fixed the car and got us on the road without having to replace the pulleys and it was a fraction of the quoted cost. We are super happy!!!! and will not take our car any where else than first stop auto. If you need car repairs you should make FIRST STOP AUTO your only stop. Fair, honest and reliable service.
