Had the most horrible experience. I brought my car in at 830 for a brake repair and was told that it would be done in about 3 hours. At 1130 I went and asked if my car was done. They called and asked if it was done and one of the mechanics proceeded to tell me that he had no idea what I was talking about. He said I havent heard about a focus repair today. Then the 4 people behind the desk asked where my keys were and I told them I gave them in. All of them then frantically started looking for my keys. When I came to pick it up after I worked, I heard a funny noise driving home. I then realized thy had left a bungee cord hanging from under my car. I will not be going back.
