Came to this clinic after reading the reviews - outstanding experience! Staff was pleasant and accommodating to my partner and I booking in at the same time for our cleanings/check ups.My Hygenist, Rosalie, was very personable and laughed at my terrible humor. She answered all my questions and was delighted at my interest in the whole process. Billing to my insurance was a breeze! The dentist that did the check up was helpful and open about the best steps to take to continue to have a clean bill for dental health.If you're debating where to go - debate no further! I've found my new family dentist - have you?
Firstly, I actually followed Dr.Amirie from his last clinic to here, Grove Dental. I trust his work and his judgement fully and I have never been able to say that about any of my previous dentists. This is why I commute from Edmonton to Spruce Grove to see him. He is beyond understanding, personable and very thorough at each visit. Secondly, the front desk staff are extremely helpful and personable as well. They are always willing to chat and joke around which makes a good start to the visit. The dental assistants and hygienists in the back are also great, very gentle with the X-rays and cleaning. Great clinic, bright and clean and amazing staff in every single area. Highly recommend
Grove Dental was amazing. The staff at the front desk were kind and welcoming, and helped me with my insurance direct billing. Dr. Amirie and the other staff in the back were very knowledgable and explained everything throughout the appointment. I will definitely be returning to this dental clinic. Highly recommend!
Grove Dental is an all around very professional dental office. The office is very clean with modern equipment. Dr. Amirie and his staff provide a relaxing environment that are easily approachable. Overall great experience!
This dental office is absolutely an amazing place to visit! People are usually scared of the dentist, but that does not apply here. Staff are exceptionally respectful, pleasant, compassionate and caring. I had a root canal done and Dr. Amirie called me the next day at home to ask how I was doing, which I appreciated greatly. All of the staff go above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely refer this dental practice to anyone looking for a great dental experience.
