I really dislike complaining about anything but I've had two pretty unpleasant visits. I realize that, that is the luck of the draw and being short staffed may have had something to do with it, but after getting some fillings my tongue is in an incredible amount of pain and I can't say this has happened before. I don't think the hygienist helping the doctor working on me was his usual helper or even a hygienist, being that there was a struggle, I overheard, dealing with the position of my tongue and the doctor saying, 'It's okay, this isn't your usually job'. Also, his regular helper was suppose to be back but had apparently left leaving this poor girl to struggle. On top of this they were suppose to look into my benefit package to see if I was covered completely for my cleaning and a mouth gaurd after warning me that I needed one but this also didn't happen. So in turn I was asked to leave a deposit even though the receptionist assured me after the first visit they would do some communication with my benefits. I had a lot of trouble sleeping due to the pain now I'm having extreme trouble focusing at work which might be why I'm writing my first review. I believe I'll just be moving on to a new dentist now given my situation and I hope this helps anyone looing to avoid this hassle
Having a phobia with the dentist, this is by far the best experience Ive had at the dentist. Tina, the hygienist, was by far the nicest and did a great job considering my agitation. Having 12 cavities, Dr. Jinn made my diagnosis promptly at reasonable costs with light and gentle hands during the injection. The assistants, Chloe and shania, kept me calm the entire time ensuring me that everything was going according to plan and that I was doing great. They went above and beyond for me and I cannot thank them enough. Front staff helped me from start to finish, billing my insurance through booking my next appointment. Could never find a better place to complete my dental work :)
worst dental ever.. i went here to fixed my bridging teeth and talk to the dentist. after finding out the cost of it i told them i cant afford it. so they billed me 100+ to my insurance.. and paid them the balance whatever left amount my insurance didnt cover.. i mean i paid without them doing anything to me. now got a call and said i need to pay them more because they did xray and other work.. this people are not organized there is something wrong with their billing.. im pretty sure that they did not did any xray or anything to my teeth...
Not a good experience with smiles in spruce grove !!!reception and dental hygienists were super friendly but the work done and costs were crazy !!!!i had lots of dental work done and afterwards I had to go back for realignments probably 4 times ( which I was charged for each time ) I had to take Tylenol for 3 months straight afterward cause I was in so much pain! They started calling me every few weeks for the dental work I needed done on the other side of my mouth. Which I did not need cause I had a second opinion another clinic ! They also lost some X-rays that were taken which I needed redone at the new clinic I went to!!i do not recommend this place!!
Good place to go if you like being treated like cattle, my cleaning was less then 20 minutes. Everything was rushed and they randomly change dentists on you. One dentist even tried to change my original diagnosis that the other dentist had made a week prior.
