First time hereThe seafood miso was spectacular and I cant say enough about the Hawaiian roll (special!) and the Dynamite rollThe staff at the resteraunt are friendly and very helpful.The atmosphere was wonderful - our own privacy in great little booths :)
Always amazing. Probably one of the best sushi places around Edmonton. Probably doesn't get enough credit because it's in Spruce Grove. Place is always full and sushi is always awesome. Lots of take out traffic as well, always an excellent option if you don't have the time to sit down.
I have been to many sushi places in my time. I used to live in BC and there was high quality sushi restaurants everywhere you went. Edmonton and area however, not so much. That being said, It' is one of the best ones I've ever been to. The rolls had so much flavour to them, and were large enough that they were very filling. The staff were very welcoming as well. 10/10 from me
Amazing polite service and sushi I had the avoado roll with the spicy mayo which was amazing not a brown spot to be found on the avocado. Veg Tempura also very good. Must try if you live in spruce grove.
So I've read lots of reviews of this place so we decided to check it out. Service was lackluster at best. I liked the variety on the menu but it felt like they were trying too hard with the presentation and flavors were muddled. Definitely not cheap for the food either. At between $12-15 a roll I was expecting a hell of a lot more meat in them. Honestly if you want a lot of variety this is the place to go but I'll stick with Sakai.
